Parts are standard-rated. Prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate, and delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We price your basket ourselves at the checkout; the price you are shown there is the price you pay.
We ask for your vehicle registration and check every part against it before despatch. If a part we send does not fit the vehicle you gave us, that is our mistake: we collect it at our cost and refund you in full.
Because you are buying at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason or none. The period runs from the day after the last item arrives. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to have found anything wrong.
Tell us by email, by telephone, or using the cancellation form at the end of these terms. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
You pay the cost of returning the goods. Panels and doors are bulky and that cost can be significant, so please ask us for a figure before you send anything — we can usually arrange collection more cheaply than you can. This does not apply where the part is faulty, not what you ordered, or does not fit the registration you gave us; in those cases we pay.
We refund within 14 days of getting the goods back, to the method you paid with. We refund the standard delivery charge, but not the extra if you chose a faster service.
You may handle a part as you would in a shop — enough to see what it is and that it works. We may reduce your refund if you have gone further than that, and the amount reflects the loss in value. In practice that means a part that has been fitted, painted, drilled, cut or otherwise prepared is worth less to us than one still in its wrapping, because we cannot sell it as new.
A panel painted or finished to a colour code you gave us is made to your specification, and the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to it. Nobody else can be sold it. We tell you this on the line before you pay, and your order records which of your items it applied to. Your rights if such a part is faulty are unaffected.
Separately from the right above, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a short-term right to reject them within 30 days of receipt, and rights to repair, replacement or a refund after that. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. We pay carriage on anything returned for these reasons.
Delivery is to the address you give at the checkout, normally within two to three working days for stocked parts. Where more than one item ships together you are charged one delivery, at the rate of the largest item. Collection from Mansfield Woodhouse is free; we contact you when the parts are on the shelf and hold them for five working days.
We show what is genuinely available rather than what is on the shelf, and stock is not held for you until your payment clears. Very occasionally a part sells twice; if that happens we tell you promptly and refund in full.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
